Rotary Dryer : Reduce the moisture of wood sawdust.
Under the suitable size of raw material ,the moisture is requested
between 12-18% ,if more water content would cause cracked pellet
,if less would no formed . So dryer is necessary when moisture is
out of requested arrangement .
The wet material is conveyed by screw . Feeding side generate hot
air (furnace ,boiler etc)with wet material is sucked into inner of
dryer by draught fan . As the dryer rotates continuously, the water
inside material is evaporated by three ways .Another benefit of
heating the toughness is enhanced, thereby increasing production
efficiency, especially those with higher density, such as hardwood.
Heating enhances the toughness of the raw materials and acts to
soften the natural lignin in the raw materials.

Storage system :
Moving floor is a hydraulically-driven moving-floor conveyance
system for moving bulk material or palletizedproduct, which can be
used in a warehouse, loading dock or semi-trailer. It automates and
facilitates loading and unloading of palletized goods by
eliminating the need for a forklift to enter the trailer.In thoes
system ,it can storage in large amount and avoid block of sawdust
,wood chip .The moving floor can be used in storage silo ,open
concrete made storage system .
